Free eBay listing tracker template

An Excel and Google Sheets tracker for eBay sellers and resellers. Log every item, check titles against the 80-character limit, follow photo batches and see live, sold and to-fix counts on one summary page.

What should an eBay listing tracker include?

A good eBay listing tracker has one row per item with date, SKU, full title, live eBay link and status, a title-length check against eBay’s 80-character limit, a QA column, and a batch view so you can see how many items from each photo batch are listed. This template includes all of that, plus a summary page that updates by itself.

What is inside the template.

Four tabs, built from the tracker we use for real client stores.

Store details, a five-step guide, your description format and status colours in one place.

Listings

One row per item with drop-downs for Status and QA, a live title-length counter and a Check column that flags problems.

Photo Batches

Log each photo folder with its item count and see listed, remaining and batch status automatically.

Live Summary

Items tracked, live, sold, to fix, QA pending, average title length and listings per day, with a chart.

Built-in checks

Titles over 80 characters turn red. A Listed item with no eBay link is flagged as Add URL.

Common questions.

Is the eBay listing tracker really free?

Yes. Download the Excel file and use it as often as you like for your own store. There is no sign-up and no email form.

Does the tracker work in Google Sheets?

Yes. Upload the .xlsx file to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets and the drop-downs, formulas, colours and Summary tab carry over. Share a view-only link if you want a client to watch progress live.

How many listings can it hold?

The Listings tab is set up for 500 items and the Photo Batches tab for 100 batches. Copy the last formula row down if you need more.

What does the Title length check do?

It counts the characters in each title. eBay allows up to 80 characters, so any title over 80 turns red and the Check column says Too long before you publish.

Why track photo batches separately?

Photos usually arrive in groups. Logging each batch with its item count shows how many items are listed and how many are still waiting, so nothing gets missed.

Can Glammlist fill in and manage the tracker for me?
