Vendoo virtual assistant for cross-listing and catalog audits
Glammlist helps Vendoo users cross-list inventory, check marketplace status, find sold items still marked live, review duplicates and keep catalog data organized across connected platforms.
What does a Vendoo virtual assistant do?
A Vendoo virtual assistant prepares and cross-lists products, reviews connected marketplace status, checks sold and live records, finds duplicates or missing fields, and supports delisting workflows according to your instructions. Glammlist’s hourly support starts from $15 per hour.

What a Vendoo audit covers.
Marketplace limits and rules change. We check the current rules before every batch.
Sold-in-live check
We compare statuses across marketplaces to find items that sold in one place but remain live in another, the main cause of oversells.
Missing attributes
We look for blank brand, size, color, category and condition fields that weaken search on each marketplace.
Duplicates and inconsistent titles
We flag duplicate records and titles that break your naming rules, with a prioritized fix list.
Repeatable rules
You get a checklist you can reuse, so the catalog stays clean after the first cleanup.
Before and after.
An illustrative example of the difference a structured listing makes.
Before: A 600-item catalog with mixed title styles, blank item specifics and sold items still live.
After: A prioritized report with the sold-in-live items delisted, missing fields filled and titles standardized to your template.
The fix list is ranked, so the highest-risk items are handled first.

Selling in the US, UK or Canada?
Vendoo is reported to support sellers in the US and UK, and Poshmark is only available in the US and Canada, so the marketplaces connected to your account depend on where you live. We work inside your own Vendoo account and check which marketplaces apply to you before we begin.

Questions about vendoo services
How much does Vendoo help cost?
Glammlist’s trial prepares 10 listings from $10, about $1 per listing, and ongoing virtual assistant help starts from $15 per hour. Larger batches are quoted by volume, marketplaces and turnaround before any work begins.
Do I need a Vendoo account for you to help?
Yes, the work happens in your own Vendoo account. We confirm scope and access before work starts.
Can you audit my Vendoo catalog?
Yes. A catalog audit reviews missing attributes, duplicate records, inconsistent titles, sold items and products needing attention.
Do you work with sellers in the UK and Canada?
Yes. We work remotely with resellers in the US, UK and Canada. We confirm which marketplaces and tools are available in your country, and match spelling, sizing and units to the buyers you sell to.
What do you need from me to start?
Clear photos plus whatever you already know: brand, size, condition, measurements, flaws, SKU or a spreadsheet. Missing details are flagged to you for confirmation, never guessed.
Do you publish listings for me?
Only if you ask. The default is draft-ready listings or a spreadsheet, so you stay in control of pricing, shipping, promotions and publishing.
