eBay listing service for resellers in the US, UK and Canada
Glammlist turns your photos, notes and spreadsheets into search-ready eBay listings: full-length keyword-aware titles, complete item specifics and clean descriptions, so more of your inventory goes live and gets found.
What does an eBay listing service do?
An eBay listing service prepares the content and drafts for your eBay listings: keyword-aware titles (eBay allows 80 characters), item specifics, condition notes, measurements and formatted descriptions. You keep control of pricing, shipping and publishing. Glammlist’s 10-listing trial starts from $10.
What’s included
Keyword-aware eBay titles
Titles built to the full 80-character limit with the brand, item type, size, color and style terms buyers actually search.
Complete item specifics
Brand, size, color, material, style and other attributes filled in accurately so listings appear in filtered searches.
Condition and measurements
Honest condition notes and flat measurements from your photos and notes, with unknowns flagged to you.
Clean descriptions
Scannable descriptions in one consistent template, with optional HTML layouts that read well on mobile.
Drafts you approve
Listings prepared as drafts or in a spreadsheet so you approve price, shipping and promotions.
Backlog and store cleanup
Work through an unlisted pile or rewrite weak existing listings in batches.
How we write for eBay.
Marketplace limits and rules change. We check the current rules before every batch.
Use the whole title
eBay’s own seller guidance tells sellers to use all 80 characters and to put the most important keywords first. We lead with brand and item type, then add style, size, color and a key feature, and we avoid filler such as “WOW” or “L@@K”.
Treat item specifics as search data
Buyers filter by brand, size and color, so blank specifics can hide a listing. We complete every field the item supports, not just the required ones, and keep them consistent with the title.
Show the item honestly
eBay allows up to 24 photos in most categories. We write condition and flaw notes that match what your photos show, which cuts not-as-described returns.
Keep a repeatable format
The same title order and description layout across your store makes the catalog easier to search, review and update.
Before and after.
An illustrative example of the difference a structured listing makes.
Before: Nike Air Max Shoes (18 characters, no size, color or model).
After: Nike Air Max 90 Men’s Running Shoes White Black Size 10 Leather Mesh (68 characters, with model, size, color and material).
The second title names the model, gender, size, color and material, which are the words buyers type and filter by.
Built for eBay sellers with more products than time.
Use it for a small test, a large unlisted backlog, a store cleanup or recurring weekly listing work.
- Apparel and vintage sellersBrand, era, size and measurement-heavy items that need careful titles.
- Thrift and bin-store resellersHigh-volume sourcing that piles up faster than you can list.
- Consignment and small eBay businessesA repeatable template and a steady weekly queue.
- Multi-marketplace sellerseBay-first inventory that also needs to reach other platforms.
Mistakes we fix.
Small listing errors quietly cost views, sales and returns.
- Short titlesTitles of 30 to 40 characters leave search terms unused.
- Missing item specificsBlank fields mean the listing can miss filtered searches.
- Vague condition“Good condition” without detail invites returns.
- Keyword stuffingUnrelated brands or terms can break eBay’s rules and confuse buyers.
- Inconsistent formattingEvery listing looking different makes a store harder to manage.
Selling in the US, UK or Canada?
On eBay.com, eBay.co.uk and eBay.ca the same listing rules apply, but buyers search differently. UK buyers say trainers, jumper and colour, while US buyers say sneakers, sweater and color. Sizes and measurement units also differ, so we write for the country you sell in and can include inches, centimetres or both.

Questions about ebay listing services
How much does an eBay listing service cost?
Glammlist’s trial prepares 10 listings from $10, about $1 per listing, and ongoing virtual assistant help starts from $15 per hour. Larger batches are quoted by volume, marketplaces and turnaround before any work begins.
What do you need from me to start?
Clear photos plus whatever you already know: brand, size, condition, measurements, flaws, SKU or a spreadsheet. Missing details are flagged to you for confirmation, never guessed.
Do you publish listings for me?
Only if you ask. The default is draft-ready listings or a spreadsheet, so you stay in control of pricing, shipping, promotions and publishing.
Do you work with sellers in the UK and Canada?
Yes. We work remotely with resellers in the US, UK and Canada. We confirm which marketplaces and tools are available in your country, and match spelling, sizing and units to the buyers you sell to.
Which eBay categories do you handle?
Fashion, vintage, collectibles, accessories and general merchandise are our most common work. Ask about electronics or niche categories when you request a quote.
Can you fix my existing listings?
Yes. We can rewrite weak titles, complete item specifics and standardize descriptions on an existing store in agreed batches.
