GLAMMLIST FAQ
Answers before you send your first product batch.
Learn what to provide, how projects are scoped, which marketplaces are supported, and what to expect during delivery.
Ask about your projectWhat does Glammlist do?
Glammlist helps resellers create product listings, adapt listings for additional marketplaces, audit catalog or Vendoo data, prepare HTML descriptions, and handle scoped product-image support.
What do I need to provide?
Product photos and known facts are enough to discuss a project. Existing listing links, spreadsheets, SKUs, brand notes, measurements, condition details, and templates improve accuracy and speed.
Can I start with a small trial?
Yes. A 10-product trial is recommended for new workflows so both sides can confirm the source material, output, and review process before scaling.
Which marketplaces do you support?
Common workflows include eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Mercari, Vendoo, and Shopify. Ask about another marketplace and we will confirm whether it fits the service.
Do you publish listings directly?
Direct publishing depends on the project scope, platform, access method, and security requirements. Work can also be delivered as drafts or in a spreadsheet for your approval.
How is pricing calculated?
Quotes consider product volume, marketplace count, required fields, source quality, image needs, delivery format, and turnaround time. You approve the scope and price before work starts.
How long does a project take?
Turnaround is confirmed after reviewing the batch and requirements. Smaller, well-organized batches are generally faster than projects requiring research, cleanup, or multiple platforms.
What happens when information is missing?
Important facts are not invented. We use supported information, leave an agreed placeholder, or flag the product for your confirmation.
Can you match my existing listing style?
Yes. Share a preferred listing, template, tone guide, or required field structure. We can apply confirmed standards across the project.
Are revisions included?
Revision expectations are defined in the quote. In-scope corrections and consolidated feedback follow the agreed project process.
Can you work on recurring batches?
Yes. After a successful trial, the workflow can be adapted for weekly or monthly volume with agreed capacity and turnaround.
